 Shawn Brown is a high-producing real estate agent with the West Haven Group, operating within the Oakwyn Downtown brokerage in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. 

Shawn is currently in the top 1% of producers within the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. In 2018 he was awarded the Board’s Medallion Club achievement award for the sixth year in a row.

Shawn specializes in marketing properties to sell. He brings with him an advertising and marketing agency background that he has leveraged to become one of the most effective listing marketers in the region. Shawn also has a proven track record in working with investors in sourcing the savviest real estate investments that Metro Vancouver has to offer. Steven has a successful background in new development pre-sales, as well as renovations and interior design - which the team deploys in its listing preparation process. He also has many years of design experience within the marketing realm, which the group also leverages regularly to assist in creating effective listing marketing for the benefit of our clients. MALLORY PSIHAS

Mallory Psihas is the Transaction and Marketing Coordinator for the West Haven Group, where she seamlessly manages the logistics of preparing properties for listing, and the administrative components of the transaction when it ultimately sells. She handles the West Haven Group's various marketing initiatives, including online and social media strategies, execution and analytics.

With many years of experience facilitating residential real estate transactions, Mallory’s detail-oriented approach ensures that every client’s experience with the West Haven Group is smooth and seamless. Mallory’s online marketing skills translate to each listing being exposed to a far greater number of prospective buyers than is typical when a listing is posted to the MLS system alone. Mallory also analyzes marketing reports and campaign analytics, which then allows her to make recommendations and changes accordingly.

Being a key component to a top 1% producer, Mallory is accustomed to generating and facilitating a high level of transactions. She is highly efficient and is experienced at managing and producing at this pace.

Outside of her real estate work, Mallory is a dog-lover to Bella and partner to Dimitri. She has an interest in fashion, fitness, wine and travel.
