‘Alberni Place’ is a concrete tower comprising of 26 storeys, with only 2 to 4 units per floor (65 total).
Approximately 60% of the windows have been replaced,, and the exposed concrete exterior re-sealing and re-caulking underway. Elevators, hallways, landscaping, parkade, and lobby have also recently been modernized, as well as the boiler in 2015.
This boutique building features a full time concierge and caretaker.
