‘Azura 1’ by Concord Pacific s a 36-storey tower located South of Pacific Street, and steps to George Wainborn Park, the Seawall, David Lam Park, and a quick walk to Sunset Beach and the False Creek Marina. There is a lovely water feature that lines the front of the building, which adds to its upscale appearance. South of Pacific, in Yaletown, is prime land because this area is considered ‘Beach District’ on Yaletown-False Creek waterfront land. It’s quiet, beautifully manicured, and will always be sought-after. And, therefore always command higher market valuations. This also ensures that it’s a safe place in which to invest.
