An upscale and bright corner suite featuring fantastic Vancouver city views at Vita! This well-laid-out home, on the southwest corner of the building, clears the lower buildings around it. The floor plan is efficient with separated bedrooms, flex room, and a spacious patio that benefits from afternoon and evening light.

Solterra, its developer, did a great job finishing these unites. The kitchen features a gas cooktop, an integrated fridge, and plenty of storage. Completed in 2009, the building itself is a newer development for the area. Amenities include a modern gym, rooftop hot tub, stylish party room, and concierge.
Vita, along with its sister building, Dolce, is located across the street from a new park being constructed at the corner of Smithe and Richards. This park is being designed by one of my favourite design firms, DIALOG and its a super interesting concept that packs in many different elements, including a viewing platform and cafe pavilion.
This location is extremely convenient. You’re central downtown Vancouver, close to Pacific Centre, Nordstrom, Robson, grocery, gym, etc. You’re also close to a variety of new and upcoming triple-A office towers. This is undoubtedly a positive from an investment perspective.
If you’d like to know more about these awesome new office towers, take a look at our article, Downtown Vancouver’s Modern Future Office Towers. In this particle, we profile some of our favourites.
Also, visit DIALOG’s website to learn more about them. They are behind the Granville Island design, as well as the Arbutus Greenway. Very passionate group of designers and planners!
