This is an actual case study from one of our listings in which we tracked all of our paid and organic exposure. Realtor.ca is the public version of the MLS®, and where most realtors would stop. We have a full in-house digital content manager who maximizes our campaigns and targets specific demographics.
6:48-7:35 Mark | Results
At the end of each year, we conduct a full review of all of our sold listings and how they stacked up against three other comparable sales in the building or surrounding buildings. We only select the most similar properties to compare in order to provide the most realistic statistics. As you see, we are very proud to outperform our competition in every category. -and we do not intend to lose any ground on this front.
