Architecture was by Walter Francl Architects Inc. and interiors were designed by Atmosphere Interiors Vancouver. Amenities include an impressive fitness facility and residents’ lounge with individual spaces and high-speed wifi. There is also a daycare facility with 9,000 square feet of interior space and 9,000 square feet of exterior play area on the 6th floor podium level.
Rentals are welcome with a minimum lease term of three months. Pets are welcome, but to a maximum of two at max 40 lbs each (no vicious dog breeds).
